The belt dryer model machine of Jiangsu Famsun Co., Ltd. is used for analysis and experiment. The chain drive conveyor belt (CDCB) of the belt dryer is a double-pitch chain drive. It is mainly composed of a sprocket, a chain link, a stiffener plate, a conveyor belt bedplate (CBB), etc. and its structure is shown in Fig. 1.
